Picnic Sandwich (chicken)

Going for picnic or traveling some where or for lunch box ,these sandwiches are best and you can keep on room temperature for whole day… we were going on picnic so made these ,easy and yummy to eat just perfect.

Tip. Bread should be fresh and soft to get the perfect taste.

Serving = makes about 15-18 sandwiches

Ingredients,

List 1

  • Chicken   350-400 g
  • sriracha sauce  4 tbsp  (use hot sauce if you don’t have sriracha sauce)
  • light soy sauce  3 tbsp
  • black pepper crushed   1/2 tsp
  • salt  1/2 tsp
  • white vinegar  1 tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp

List 2

  • big bread   1
  • salted butter  250 g
  • mayonnaise  3 tbsp

Directions,

1. Add all list 1 ingredients in a pan with 1/2 cup water, cook it until chicken is nicely tender.
