Ingredients,
For steak list 1
sirloin meat 250 g
salt as required
black pepper crushed as required
white vinegar 1 tbsp
butter 1 tbsp
oil 3-4 tbsp
For mushroom sauce list 2
mushrooms 5-6
double cream 3/4 cup
butter 1 tbsp
salt 1/4 tsp or as required
black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp

1. Take meat for steak.

2. Rub it with salt, black pepper crushed and vinegar from list 1. Marinate it for 15 minutes.

3. Heat 1 tbsp butter and 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan. Cook steak almost for 3-4 minutes each side.for nicely done steak.

4. When its done, take out on a plate..Do not throw oil in which you cook this steak.

5. Now for creamy mushroom sauce, in a pan add butter 1 tbsp, then sliced mushrooms.

6. Stir for 2-3 minutes.

7. Add double cream ,salt, crushed black pepper and extra oil in which we cook our steak…mix well and on medium heat cook until slightly thick and creamy.

8. Do not let the cream boil just cook on medium heat for slightly thick sauce.
