Baked Mutton with Roasted Baby Potatoes

Baked Mutton roasted potatoes – adds a aromatic and savory taste to your meal, and takes only a total of one hour to prepare, made it with these gorgeous roast potatoes and it will take your dinners to the next level; these extra crispy roasted potatoes will be the highlight of any dinner.

Ingredients,

List 1 for mutton roast,

  • Mix Mutton meat with bones   500 g
  • Mutton Chops   500g
  • Dark soy sauce   2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce   4 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce   4 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp or as required
  • Rice vinegar  3 tbsp
  • Dried red chili flakes  1 tsp
  • Corn flour    1 tbsp

List 2,

  • HP or Barbq sauce  2 tbsp

List 3 for roasted potatoes,

  • Baby potatoes    750 g
  • Extra Virgin Olive oil   as required
  • Salt  as required
  • Red chili flakes   as required
  • Dried oregano  as required

1. Add all list 1 ingredients in a pan

2. Mix well

3. Cook them for 25 minutes with 1/4 cup of water.
After 25 minutes turn the heat high, add BBQ sauce, mix well. Turn the heat off when its completely dry.

4. Now for roasted potatoes, take baby potatoes, cut in half or quarters, pour some olive oil on them ,sprinkle some salt and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 C for 1/2 hour.

5. After 1/2 hour take them out and sprinkle with chili flakes and oregano.

6, Slide the potatoes to both sides of the tray and keep mutton in middle.
Now bake them again ,same temperature, for 20-25 minutes.

For sauce, mix mayonnaise 1/4 cup, chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp, sprinkle of salt and black pepper

  1. Can I use another vinegar if I don’t have rice vinegar for eg. White wine vinegar or malt vinegar
