  •  Yogurt   250 g
  • Tamarind pulp   2-3 tbsp
  • Ginger paste   2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder   1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder    1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder   1 tbsp
  • Salt  1-1/4 tsp
  • Oil  3 tbsp

List 2

  • Bottle Gourd   1/2
  • Carrot   1
  • Capsicum   1
  • Potato  1-2
  • Green chili  1-2

List 3

  • Whole Chicken with skin   750-850  g
  • Rosemary   1 stem (Optional)

1. Take whole chicken with skin. Wash and dry it.

2. With the help of a muslin cloth squeeze all water from yogurt and throw it.
Then add this yogurt with all other ingredients of list 1 in a bowl.

3. Mix well.

4. Marinate Chicken with this marination for 1 hour.
Keep the remaining marination we will use it in vegetables.

5. Take all vegetables.

6. Cut all vegetables in cubes.
Boil bottle gourd and potatoes in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Take out and dry.

7. Marinate all these vegetables in remaining marination.

8. Keep Filled chicken with these vegetables and keep remaining in baking dish. Keep rosemary stems on it.

9. Cover tightly with foil.

10. Bake it in a preheated oven on 200 C for 60 minutes almost.
