Banana Cinnamon Cake

Banana Cinnamon Cake. Perfectly moist and sweet yummy loaf cake recipe. Have my words and try it just once and you will not go for another recipe of banana cake because its just perfect.  Best for breakfast and tea time. You can keep this in airtight container for 5-6 days.

Ingredients,

  • Ripe Bananas  250 g
  • Plain flour   180 g
  • Baking powder  2 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  a pinch
  • Butter melted   100 g
  • 2 eggs (Room tempratured)
  • Soft Light brown sugar   150 g

Preheat oven to 170 C (150 C Fan). Grease and line a medium size loaf tin.

Take 250 g nicely ripe bananas.

3. Mash them with a fork, set aside.

4. In a bowl add eggs and soft light brown sugar.

5. Beat it until pale and creamy.

6. Add in melted butter.

7. Beat well.

8. Add in mashed banana and mix a little.

9. Now sieve flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon powder in it.

10 . Fold it with a spatula.

11. Cake mixture is ready.

12. Pour in prepared loaf tin and bake it for almost 75-80 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.

13. Leave it to cool before taking it out.
