Fajita Chicken Roast Recipe
Who doesn’t like 1 pot roast dishes. I always find them really easy to make and serve. The smile 🙂 on every one’s faces to see this on dining table ….. Ahhhh nothing is better than this.
Me and my family always like them and I always try to make them in different flavors. This time I choose Fajita and I cut chicken in 12 pieces so it will be easy later to take it out from pan. No fuss of cutting the whole chicken roast. Also served it with veges like potatoes, mushrooms, capsicum to make it a complete meal.
I must say I am loving the results of this dish. Colorful, tempting, just the right amount of spices and all nutrients in one recipe. I served it with my all time favorite Yogurt sauce Recipe .
For giving chicken a perfect coat of spices and extra flavour first I pan seared it then baked it.Follow the recipe as it is to get the best results.

Ingredients

- Chicken with bones 1 kg
- Potatoes 1 kg
- Red/green/yellow capsicum 1/1/1
- Mushrooms  4
- Fajita seasoning 1 tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp   Â

- White vinegar  3 tbsp
- Hot sauce 1 tbsp
- Fajita seasoning 2 tbsp heaped
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbspÂ
Directions,
Do it with all chicken pieces, set them a side.
