Peri Peri Chicken

Peri Peri Chicken 🙂 who don’t like it ,its every ones favorite. Here I am showing all of you the yummiest,easiest way of making this perfect chicken. I use original  Nandos peri peri sauce in it. The trick is how you cook it so the chicken remain juicy and saucy.

Serving = 7-8

Ingredients,

  • Chicken   2 whole   1-1/2 kg almost
  • Nandos hot peri peri marinade  1-1/4 cup
  • Soy sauce  1/8 cup
  • White vinegar  1/8 cup
  • Salt  1-1/2 tsp
  • Meat tenderizer powder   1 tbsp
  • Paprika powder  1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste  2 tbsp
  • Oil   2 tbsp

I used this marinade sauce for marination.

2. Take chicken, wash it ,give deep cuts in it.

3. Now mix all above ingredients in a big bowl.

4. Take chicken pieces 1 by 1 and coat then in marination.
Leave them for 1 day. (1 day marination will give them really nice taste)
or if you do not have time just leave them 3-4 hours.

5. Take a flat nonstick pan and cook them 1 by 1 in it with 5-6 tbsp oil.
cook them for 15 minutes. on medium heat.

5. Now keep them in a big ovenproof dish.
Brush remaining marination on them.
Cook in preheated oven on 175 C for 20 minutes. Take out and brush original peri peri sauce on it. serve.
