The easiest and yummiest fruit triffle .Freshly made custard with tin fruits, jelly and fresh cream and I am making it with microwave cake. The combination of flavors will make it awesome lovely dessert.
I am making this for many years now and every time I make it , its a big hit in my dinners so try it and I am sure all of you like it as well 🙂

Ingredients,
List 1. (For Microwave cake)
- Eggs  2 (room temperature )
- Oil  1/2 cup
- Sugar  1/2 cup
- Plain flour  1/2 cup
- Baking powder  1-1/2 tsp
- Coco powder  2 tbsp

- Fruit cocktail tin  1 cup
- Jelly  any 2 flavors   2 cups cut in cubesÂ
- Fresh double cream  1 cup
- custard powder  2 tbsp
- 2 Â cup milk
- sugar  3-4 tbsp (adjust to your taste)
Directions,
For Microwave Cake
2. Blend it until sugar nicely mix in it.
3. Take 1/2 cup flour,take out 2 tbsp flour from it and add 2 tbsp coco powder in it. add 1-1/2 tsp baking powder. Now sieve it and add in blender.
Mix it until nicely mix. do not over blend it.
4.Take a ovenproof bowl, grease it then flour it. Add cake batter in it.
set a side.
For custard
mix 1/2 cup milk with 2 tbsp custard powder.
Add in to boiling milk and stir continuously until it thickens.
This should be more thick than the normal custard.
Now leave it to cool nicely.
cover with clingfilm or foil and let it cool in the fridge for 7-8 hours, or for 1 day then serve it.
It tastes best when its nicely chill.
