Serving = 2-3 persons

Ingredients,

List 1 for marination
  • white vinegar 2 tbsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • cumin powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar 3 tsp
  • peprika powder 2 tsp
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • small cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
  • black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • garlic hand chopped 6-7 cloves
  • garlic powder 1/2 tsp

List 2

  • mutton chops   550-600 gm
  • BBQ sauce  2 tbsp
  • butter paper
  • foil as required

Directions,

1. In a bowl mix all list 1 marination ingredients, 2. Take a baking pan layer foil on it, then layer baking paper on it. 3. Rub the marination well on chops. 4. Keep chops on butter paper.

5. Cover it with foil. press and seal the edges so it is close tightly.

6. After 2 hours take them out, open foil. Apply 2 tbsp BBQ sauce on chops equally. Now bake them again on 250 C for 5-6 minutes.
