Chicken Schezwan

Serving = 3-4 persons

Ingredients,

  • chicken   300 gm
  • mushrooms   3-4 medium sized
  • capsicum  1 small  (any colour of your choice i use yellow)
  • carrot  1  small
  • onion  1 medium
  • green onion  2 medium
  • garlic cloves  4-5
  • dry red chilies  5-6
  • corn flour  1/2 tbsp
  • black pepper  1/4 tsp
  • white pepper  1/4 tsp
  • salt  1/2 tsp or as required
  • oyster sauce  2 tbsp
  • soy sauce  2 tbsp
  • garlic chili sauce  4 tbsp
  • oil  4 tbsp

Directions,

1. Julian cut carrot, capsicum, onion. Cut mushrooms, and green onion in slices. Chop garlic.

3. Heat a wok add garlic stir for 10 seconds.

4. Add dry red chilies, stir for 10-15 seconds until you get aroma.

6. Stir and cook until all juices evaporates.

8. Add mushroom and onion, stir for 1 minute... until vegetables are slightly cooked.

9. Add salt,black pepper ,white pepper, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce. Stir well.

10. At end add green onions and cook for 1 minute.

11. mix 1/2 tbsp cornflour in 1/8 cup water, add in and cook for 1 minute. Turn off the heat.
