This will make our work more easier. I am making donuts with this electric beater.
2. Heat milk just above body temperature not too hot. Add in a big bowl. Add 3 eggs on room temperature. Add sugar 1/3 cup...it will not make donuts terribly sweet but it will help them to be soft. Add yeast 2-1/4 tsp Add plain flour 3-1/2 cups and in last add salt.

4. Now while the beater running add slowly butter pieces 1 by 1 until its nicely mix for 5-6 minutes. If you are kneading it with hands then first mix all above ingredients with hands then add butter 1 by 1 and mix until butter mix in it nicely, then put the dough on plain clean surface and knead it for almost 10 minutes...It will be sticky in beginning but keep working on it and at end you will get a smooth and lightly sticky dough.

Do not add any dry flour while kneading.
5. You will get smooth dough like this. grease the bowl with oil and put dough in it. apply some oil on top of dough. Cover it with cling film and now you can do it 2 ways, keep it in fridge over night and let it rise slowly, or keep it on room temperature for 2 hours.

9. Keep donuts on butter paper and let them rise again for 1-2 hours. I cut square shape butter paper so its easy to lift them when they rise again and do not loose their shape... Also put them in oil with the butter paper and then take out the butter paper...and the donuts will remain in their perfect shape.
