Rogan josh Recipe
Rogan josh, also written roghan josh or roghan ghosht, is an aromatic lamb or goat meat dish of Kashmiri. It is one of the signature recipes of Kashmiri cuisine.
This recipe is kind of british Indian recipe, not an authentic recipe but I promise you it tastes divine if you follow the recipe accurately.
It tastes best with naan/roti or white rice. So serve it how you like it.Also try my other curry recipes.

Ingredients
- Lamb with bones 1 kg
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Sliced onion 2 cups
- Whole Cumin 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1-1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 150 g
- Tomato puree 2 tbsp
- Fennel powder 1 tsp heaped
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp heaped
- Saffron a pinch
