Fried Chicken Recipe

Another my quick fix recipe fried chicken. You can make it in less than 1 hour. Busy days or not in mood of cooking, I made this fried chicken because my family love this . I always serve it with Broast Sauce and lots of air fried chips. Now you must be thinking why fried chicken and air fried chips  😆 . Because when I put my chicken in oil, on the other hand I put my frozen chips in air fryer. Kind of doing it quick and air fryer results are always amazing, air fried chips tastes better than normal chips 🙂 …..So both ready in no time with out any mess :). A lovely family meal which everyone love and appreciate. This is the one.

 This is my comfort food because it is easy to make with awesome taste. Like other fried chicken recipes this is not a hard recipe, also in this you will not get in trouble of thinking that your chicken is cooked through or not. I cook the the chicken 2 times in this recipe. Make sure to use a baby chicken that is not more than 800 g and cut it in small pieces. I used chicken powder in this recipe which has lots of salt in it. So be careful while using it and adding salt in it.

Ingredients

List 1,

  • Chicken with bones  750-800 g
  • Sriracha hot sauce   4 tbsp
  • Kashmiri red chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • Light soy sauce  4 tbsp
  • Chicken powder  1-1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder  3/4 tsp
  • Garlic chopped  3-4 cloves

List 2,

  • Self-Raising Flour  3/4 cup
  • Rice flour  1/2 cup
  • Corn flour  1/4 cup
  • Chat masala  1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chili powder   1/2 tsp
  • Chicken powder  2 tsp

Add all list 1 ingredients in a pan.

Turn on the heat and on high heat stir and cook it for 10-15 minutes. Not more than this.

Turn off the heat and let it cool. Make sure there is no water in the chicken. If there is some water ,cook it until dry.

Add all list 2 ingredients in a plastic box which has lid with it.

Now close the box lid and shake it until nicely mix.

Now heat oil in a wok and gather chicken, flour mixture at one place. Keep very cold water in a bowl with it.

Now first roll chicken piece in flour mixture, then dip it in cold water, again roll it in flour and directly put this in hot oil. Do this with all remaining chicken pieces. Fry all chicken in 2 batches. Do not fry chicken for more than 10-15 minutes.
