Aloo bhajia or potato bhajiwhich we eat with halwa poori is really famous in Karachi. And this this exact recipe which we bought from shops with halwa poori. Very easy and simple to make so try and enjoy 🙂
Potatoes 500 g
Roasted crushed cumin 1 tbsp
Roasted crushed coriander 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Black onion seeds 1/4 tsp
Crushed red chili 1/4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp or as required
Lemon juice 2 tbsp (add more if you like)
الو 500 گرام یا 1/2 کلو
بھنا کٹا زیرہ 1 کھانے کا چمچ
بھنا کٹا دھنیا 1 کھانے کا چمچ
ہلدی پاؤڈر 1/2 چائے کا چمچ
کلونجی 1/4 چائے کا چمچ
کٹی لال مرچ 1/4 کھانے کا چمچ
نمک 1 چائے کا چمچ یا حسب ضرورت
(لیموں کا رس 2 کھانے کے چمچ (تھوڑا زیادہ ڈالیں اگر اپ کو پسند ہے
