Ingredients,

  • ready rolled puff pastry sheets   700 gm (I used these 2 just roll sheets Just Rol Puff Pastry sheets click here to see)
  • chicken boneless   250 gm
  • capsicum  1 small
  • green onion medium  2
  • chili sauce  2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce  3 tbsp
  • salt  3/4 tsp
  • crushed black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • red chili flakes  1/4 tsp
  • garlic chopped  1 tbsp
  • oil  3-4 tbsp
  • cheddar cheese  1 cup
  • egg  1 (for egg wash)

Directions,

1. Cut capsicum,green onion, and boneless chicken in small pieces.

2. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add chopped garlic stir for 10 seconds.

5. Now add capsicum, chili sauce, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce,  crushed red chilies, stir and cook on high heat for 1 minute.

8. Keep puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut the edges,saving the middle  like shown in the pic.

10. fold it criss-cross.

11. place butter paper on a baking tray place these criss-cross pastries on it. beat an egg , brush it on pastries....bake them in preheated oven on 200 C... for 25-30 minutes or until nicely golden outside.
