Shish Tok

Serving= 4-5 persons

Ingredients,

For chicken marination list 1
  • Boneless chicken  1/2 KG
  • yogurt   1/4 cup
  • Sumac powder   2 tsp
  • lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • garlic chopped   1 tbsp
  • tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • cream  3 tbsp
  • oil  1/4 cup
  • white pepper  1/2 tsp
  • black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • paprika  1 tsp
  • oregano  1/2 tsp
  • ginger powder  1/2 tsp
  • salt  1 tsp or as required
List 2,
  • capsicum  1  (1/2 red and 1/2 green)
  • onion  1
  • boiled rice  2 cups

Directions,

1. Cut capsicum and onion in cubes.

2. Cut chicken in cubes, marinate with all list 1 ingredients for 1 hour. After 1 hour add cubed onion and capsicum mix well.

3. Thread chicken cubes and veges in skewers. Bake them in preheated oven on 180 C, for 30 minutes...turn them after 15 minutes so they will equally cook from both sides.

3. Thread chicken cubes and veges in skewers. Keep them on a baking tray like shown in the pic so they will equally cook from each side.(don’t throw the remaining marination)
Bake them in preheated oven on 180 C, for 30 minutes…turn them after 15 minutes so they will equally cook from both sides.
4. Chop some capsicum and onion, take remaining marination of chicken ,put this in a pan with chopped veges, let it boil for few minutes, then add boiled rice and salt pepper of your taste, stir it.
