Coffee Praline Gateau. A perfect combination of coffee and praline in a cake. I made it for a friends get together and every one liked it. Also my family likes this cake a lot so a must try yummy cake recipe.

Ingredients,
For sponge list 1,
- Unsalted butter 50 g
- Plain flour (sifted) 125 g
- Eggs 4 large (Room tempratured)
- Caster sugar 125 g
- Coffee granules 1 tbsp
For Praline list 2,
- Whole blanched hazelnuts 50 g
- Caster sugar 150 g
For the filling list 3,
- Mascarpone cheese 250 g
- Double cream 250 g
- Icing sugar 6 tbsp
- Coffee granules 1-1/2 tbsp
Directions,
For making sponge
2. Take butter.
3. Melt it in microwave.
4. Mix coffee and butter together. Set aside
For making filling
2. Beat together mascarpone cheese and sifted icing sugar for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add in double cream and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
4. Add in cool coffee mixture , mix well . Done.
For making Praline
2. On medium heat cook it until it dissolves completely. Shaking the pan once or twice help it to dissolve evenly. Cook until dark golden brown caramel forms.
3. Line a non stick baking parchment on a tray and scatter hazel nuts on it. Do it in beginning.
4. Pour the caramel on nuts, leave it to cool.
