Badami Chicken Curry.
Badam means Almonds in urdu. I made this curry using them so named it badami chicken curry. This curry has a rich creamy taste because of almonds used in it.
It is korma style Chicken curry but slightly different, with thick gravy this curry tastes divine. It is best and easy curry for your parties and also for every day lunches and dinners.
The same taste of tomatoes in everyday curries some times you get bored of that, and you need a different taste. So why not try something like this. Almonds and poppy seed are the thickening source of this curry, also they are making this curry taste so good. I added 2 green chilies in it but you can use almost 4 in it if you like spicy.
Serve it with homemade chapati /naan/ plain rice and you will love it 🙂
