Hunter’s style chicken breast, tenderstem broccoli, tomato,chilli,garlic and rosemary
Cacciatore means hunter in Italian and every family in Italy makes this dish almost daily. The chicken is slow cooked with the sauce which gives it amazing flavors.
I used boneless chicken breast in this recipe which are thin sliced but you can also make it with with skin and with bones chicken. Crispy texture of skin will give this dish really nice flavour. I also used red chili and red chili flakes in this but you can skip it if you do not like chilies. You can also serve this dish with white steamed rice or boiled pasta.

Ingredients
Chicken boneless breast 500-550 g
Tomato chopped in can 500 g
Onion 2 small
Garlic 4 cloves
Red chilli 1/2
Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Rosemary 1 spring
Parsley handful
Flour 1/2 cup
Salt as required
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 7-8 tbsp
For saute Broccoli
Tenderstem Broccoli 200 g
Garlic 3 cloves
Fresh Red Chili 1/2
Red chili flakes 1/4 tsp
Salt as required
Olive oil 2 tbsp

Finely chop onions, Finely slice garlic cloves and chillies, chop parsley.

Take thin slice of chicken breast.

Season the flour with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Coat the chicken pieces in flour.

Heat 7-8 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add in chicken pieces and fry until golden and crisp both sides.

Add 1 tbsp butter while frying.

Take the chicken out, clean the pan, add in 2,3 tbsp olive oil with chopped onion and saute it until translucent.

Add in sliced garlic

Saute until lightly coloured.

Add in sliced red chilies,red chili flakes and Rosemary and butter 1 tbsp.

Now place chicken pieces on it and add in chopped tomato and salt.

Mix well. Handle the chicken with care, we do not want to remove the coating.

Cover with lid and cook for almost 20-25 minutes. Stir in between.

When chicken is tender, taste salt and add chopped parsley. Turn off the heat.

Put the tenderstem broccoli in boiling salted water. Boil it for almost 3-4 minutes.

Throw the water.

In a pan add in 2 tbsp olive oil with sliced garlic, sliced chili and chili flakes. Stir few seconds.

Season with salt and saute few seconds.

Divide into 4 plates.

Place 1 chicken breast on broccoli, spoon some sauce on it. Finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
