Jalapeno sauce

Ingredients,

  • jalapeno chilies 2 cups
  • garlic cloves 3
  • onion  1/2 cup sliced
  • vegetable oil  1 tbsp
  • salt  1/4 tsp
  • 1 cup distilled white vinegar
  • water 2-1/2 cup

1. I am using ready made jalapeno peppers.

2. in a pan add oil, jalapeno peppers ,onion, garlic, saute it for 1-2 minutes on medium heat.then add 2-1/2 cup water ,let it cook for 20 minutes until all water evaporates. let it cool completely.

3. add this in a blender,puree until very smooth. then blender running smoothly add vinegar.

4. keep it in clean jar in refrigerator . This sauce will keep for 2 months when stored in refrigerator.
