Chicken Green Masala Karhai . Back into my childhood memories ,my mom made this yummy recipe. She used to cook chicken, chicken liver, potatoes and some times also goat boneless meat with this style. Green goodness in every thing 🙂

My family like the taste of green onions, no matter how much this vege is in our meals , we love it. Every one have their own cooking style and this recipes shows my mom’s cooking style. Stir fry style. will also share more of her recipes and I am sure all of you love them.

Ingredients,

  • Chicken small pieces with bones   500 gm
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Green onion     3-4
  • Garlic paste   1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste   1/2  tsp
  • Yogurt    200 gm
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Garam masala    1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder   1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Fresh garlic  1 inch piece
  • Fresh coriander    4 tbsp or as required

Directions,

1.cut green onion,and green chilies,chop coriander,cut ginger in thin Julian.

2. heat a wok add 1/4 cup oil.

5. slow the heat now. add ginger ,garlic paste mix it for 2 minutes.on very low heat with lid on cook it for 20 minutes.

6. add yogurt.
