Chicken soy balls

Chicken Soy Balls made with chicken mince and some cheese…adding dark soy sauce in it will give it a really nice Chinese flavour and coating of eggs and bread curmbs will give it a nice crunchy texture out side….so make it and serve as starter in your chinese parties or freeze them and serve when needed

Serving= makes about 16-18 small balls

INGREDIENTS,

  • Chicken mince 200 g
  • Fresh red chili 1
  • Green onion  1
  • Salt 1/4  tsp
  • Dark soy sauce   3 tbsp.
  • White vinegar  1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese   3 tbsp.
  • Garlic chopped  1 tsp
  • Ginger  chopped  1 tsp
  • Plain flour for coating
  • 1 egg for coating
  • Bread crumbs for coating

DIRECTIONS,

1. in a bowl add 200 gm chicken mince,finely chopped ginger,garlic,red chili,green onion, 1/4 tsp salt,3 tbsp dark soy sauce,1/4 tsp black pepper. mix well.

4.now make small balls in oval shape. coat with plain flour.
