INGREDIENTS,

  • Baby lamb/goat meat    400gm
  • yogurt   400gm
  • onion 1 big
  • fresh ginger garlic paste    1-1/2 tbsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • chat masala  1 tsp
  • funnel seeds /sonf    1/2 tsp
  • cumin seeds /zeera    1 tsp
  • black onion seeds/kalonji     1/4 tsp
  • mustard seeds/rai dana     1/4 tsp
  • red chili flakes  2 tsp
  • cumin powder   1 tsp
  • turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • red and green chilies  4-5
  • fresh coriander  as required

DIRECTIONS,

1. cut onion in slices, add 6-7 tbsp oil in a pan. light brown onions.

6. now take 400gm yogurt ,add 1 tsp chat masala,1/4 tsp black onion seeds/kalonji,  1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp funnel seeds/sonf,  1/4 tsp mustard seeds/rai dana ,1 tsp crushed red chili.mix well set a side.

7. when meat is tender, add 1 tsp salt,1 tsp crushed red chili flakes, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin powder. and on high heat cook it until all juices evaporates.and u can see oil on sides.

8. now add yogurt mixture and cook it on high heat for 5 minutes and on medium heat for 5 more minutes .until u have a thick gravy.
