Ingredients,

  • chicken wings with skin  700-800 gm
  • salt  1 tsp
  • white vinegar  5 tbsp
  •  soy sauce  7 tbsp
  • cardamom powder  1/2 tsp
  • red chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • paprika  1 tsp
  • garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper powder  1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder   1/4 tsp
  • meat tenderizer powder  1/4 tsp
  • garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
  • oil  5 tbsp
  • red chili paste  1-1/2 tbsp  (how to make red chili paste link here)

Directions,

1. wash chicken wings, mix all above ingredients, marinate chicken wings in it for 1 hour. if u have time marinate this for more than 1 hour.

2. heat a wide pan cook these wings in this on high heat for 10 minutes until all juices evaporates, then turn the heat slow and cook these for 10 minutes with lid on it. in last again on high heat cook theses for 5 minutes string in between.
