Bhunna Qeema (Stir Fry Chicken Mince)

Ingredients,

  • Chicken mince  350 gm
  • onion 1 medium
  • tomato 1
  • garlic chopped  1 tsp
  • ginger  2 inch piece
  • fresh coriander chopped  2-3 tbsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • red chili powder  1/4 tsp
  • coriander powder  1 tsp
  • turmeric  powder 1/4 tsp
  • garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  • cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • fresh green chili 1
  • black pepper 1/4 tsp

Directions,

1. chop 1 onion, heat a pan add 5-6 tbsp oil ,add onion in it, stir until it changes its colour.

3. now add 1 skinless  tomato. stir for more 2-3 minutes on medium to high heat until you  see tomato is completely tender.

6. now with lid on cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
