Crispy Drumstick

Ingredients,

  • chicken drumstick of small chicken   5-6   almost 500 gm
  • mustard paste  1 tbsp
  • white vinegar  2 tbsp
  • soy sauce  3tbsp
  • salt  1/2 tsp
  • red pepper powder  1/2 tsp
  • garam masala powder  1/2 tsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • meat tedrizer powder  1 tsp
  • plain flour for coating
  • 1 egg for coating
  • milk 2-3 tbsp
  • oil for frying

2. in a large bowl add mustard paste,salt, red chilli powder,soy sauce, white vinegar,garam masala powder. and 2 tbsp oil mix well.

4. beat 1 egg with 2-3 tbsp of milk.

5. now coat chicken leg first with flour,then egg wash,then again with flour. keep it in fridge for almost half hour to set.

6. heat oil ,fry them for almost 15-20 minutes.
