Simple Meat Karahi

Serving = 3-4 persons

Ingredients,

  • lamb/goat meat with bones 400 gm
  • yogurt   200 gm
  • tomato  2
  • garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • ginger paste   1 tbsp
  • green chili  1-2
  • salt  1 tsp
  • red pepper powder   1/2 tsp
  • fresh coriander powder  1 tsp
  • turmeric powder  1/4 tsp
  • cumin powder   1 tsp
  • garam masala powder  1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice   1 tsp
  • oil  5-6 tbsp

Directions,

1.add 5 -6 tbsp  oil in a pan,add ginger garlic paste stir for 10 seconds.
