Tikka Pasta

Serving = 4 persons

Ingredients,

  • pasta   250 gm
  • chopped garlic  1 tbsp
  • green onion  2
  • green capsicum  1/2 medium
  • chicken tikka chunks   100 gm
  • salt  1/2 tsp or as required
  • black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce  2 tbsp
  • ketchup  3 tbsp
  • lemon juice  1 tbsp

List 2 for tikka chunks,

  • boneless chicken cubes   100gm
  • garlic paste  1 tsp
  • tikka masla  1-2 tbsp
  • yogurt  1 tbsp
  • oil 2 tbsp

Directions,

1. take boneless chicken ,cut in small pieces, add garlic, tikka masala , marinate it for 5 minutes.

2. heat a wok, add 2 tbsp oil with chicken, stir and cook for 5-6 minutes, until all juices evaporates. turn off the heat.

1. Boil pasta. Drain it set a side.

2. Take a pan, heat 3 tbsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, stir for 10 seconds...then add chopped green onion.

4. Add tomato ketchup,black pepper... cook for 2-3 minutes so the ketchup cook in it nicely.
