Thai style Chicken spaghetti. Made it today keeping in mind all those delicious Thai flavors. This is not an authentic recipe,it’s my version of thai style spaghetti in spicy and sour flavors. I used drum wheat spaghetti for a healthier option, you can use any spaghetti.
Ingredients
Drum wheat spaghetti 500 g
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Thai chili oil 1-1/2 tbsp
Salt as required
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
List 2,
Ginger and garlic paste 1/2 – 1/2 tbsp
Boneless chicken 600 g
Mix vegetables 200 g (capsicum, carrots, onion etc)
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Salt as required
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Rice vinegar 2 tbsp
Tomato puree 1 tbsp

2. Cut chicken in small cubes, finely chop green chili.

3. Boil spaghetti, until tender, throw water set a aside.

3. Add 2-3 tbsp oil in a wok, add in ginger garlic paste, stir for few seconds.

4. Now add chicken and chopped chili. Stir until all extra juices evaporate.

5. Now add in soy sauce, salt, red chili powder, vinegar, tomato puree and mix well.

6. Now add vegetables. Mix , taste salt and turn off the heat.

7. Chicken is ready.

8. Now in another pan add chili oil and chicken powder, stir it just for few seconds.

10. Now add boiled spaghetti , salt if required and lemon juice. Mix well. Turn off the heat.

11. Spaghetti and chicken is ready. Mix them together or keep some chicken on spaghetti and serve.
