Beef Stir Fry Recipe
Spicy Beef Stir Fry recipe. Easy and quick, a great meal for family. I made it with onions and capsicum, you could use any of your favorite veges. Also I made it with sirloin meat, which cooked in no time.
If you’ve ever wondered how those chefs at your local Chinese take away or restaurants get their meat to be so juicy and soft , I am going to tell you a little secret: cornflour. When you coat your meat in this awesome ingredient before cooking, it helps to keep all the juices inside the meat, leaving it succulent soft every time.
I served this with chicken flavored rice. I added some chicken powder while the rice was boiling. This gives them a nice taste and rice will taste more good with this stir fry.

- Beef (sirloin) 300 g
- Egg white of 1 egg
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp

- Hot sauce 1 tbsp
- Ketchup 1 tbsp
- Worcester sauce 3 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp or as required

- Garlic cloves 4
- Capsicum green and red 1
- Green onion 3
- Onion 1
- Green chili 3-4
