Ingredients,
For Cupcakes List 1
- self raising flour 110 gm/ 4 oz
- unsalted butter 110 gm/ 4 oz at room temperature
- caster sugar (super fine) 110 gm/ 4 oz
- cocoa powder 55 gm/ 2 oz
- milk 55 ml/ 1/4 cup
- eggs large 2 at room temperature
- pinch of salt
- vanilla extract 1 tsp
For Frosting List 2
- dark chocolate melted 25 gm/ 1 oz
- unsalted butter softened 50 gm / 2 oz
- icing sugar 100 gm
- vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
Directions,
For making Chocolate Frosting
1. Take softened butter in a bowl beat it well.
2. now add icing sugar and beat until mix well.
3. now add melted chocolate and beat again.
4. Chocolate frosting is ready, fill it in a piping bag with tip of your choice, set a side.
For making Cupcakes
tap it.
remove to a wire rack to cool.
