1. soak basmati rice for half hour. In a pan boil water with 1 tbsp salt. boil rice until 70% cooked. strain rice, throw excess water. with tight lid on cook them on low heat for 10 minutes. now spread them in a wide pan and air dried them.for 3-4 hours. u can also make stir fried rice with fresh boiled rice. but while stir frying they will break. if they are air dried they will perfectly cooked. Or you can boil rice 1 day before and keep them in fridge. they will also cook perfectly. or boil them in morning and then stir fry them in evening ,this way they will also cook perfectly.
2. beat 3 eggs with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Julian cut carrot. chop green onions. you can also add capsicum and any other vegetables of your choice.
