Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients,

for boiling rice

  • basmati rice  250 gm
  • salt 1 tbsp

for stir frying

  • oil  as required
  • eggs  3
  • green onion  3
  • carrot  1/2
  • soy sauce  3 tbsp
  • MSG /Chinese salt   1 tsp
  • white vinegar 1 tbsp
  • salt  1/4 tsp
  • black pepper powder  1/2 tsp

Directions,

1. soak basmati rice for half hour. In a pan boil water with 1 tbsp salt. boil rice until 80% cooked. strain rice, throw excess water. with tight lid on cook them on low heat for 10 minutes. now spread them in a wide pan and air dried them.for 3-4 hours. u can also make stir fried rice with fres boiled rice. but while stir frying they will break. if they are air dried they will perfectly cooked. Or you can boil rice 1 day before and keep them in fridge. they will also cook perfectly.

Or you can boil rice 1 day before and keep them in fridge. they will also cook perfectly. or boil them in morning and then stir fry them in evening ,this way they will also cook perfectly.

5. in the same wok add 2 tbsp oil and add carrots. stir for 20 seconds.
