Shezwan Chili Potatoes

Shezwan Chili potatoes . Its Indo Chinese recipe. Sweet and chili flavour really yummy and dfferent recipe.

Ingredients,

  • potato 3
  • corn flour 2-3 tbsp
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • black pepper 1/4 tsp

For sauce

  • onion medium 1
  • garlic cloves  2
  • red chili paste  2 tbsp (HOW TO MAKE RED CHILI PASTE LINK HERE)
  • sugar 2 tsp
  • soy sauce 1-1/2 tbsp
  • white vinegar  1 tbsp
  • dry kashmiri chili or tilhar mirch  2-3
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • corn flour 1 tsp mix in 1/4 cup water
1 cut potatoes in small cubes.

2. coat potatoes with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper and 2-3 tbsp corn flour.

3. fry them in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. take out in a plate set aside.

4. finely slice 1 onion, chop 2 cloves of garlic, and chop green part of green onions.

9. add crispy potatoes mix well, garnish with green onion. serve hot. potatoes should be crispy in this dish.you can also fry them while making sauce and add them in directly from frying to sauce ,this way they their crispness will not ruin.
