Ingredients.
- mozzarella cheese 100 gm
for boiling lasagna sheets
- lasagna sheets 250 gm
- salt 1 tbsp
- oil 1 tbsp
for chicken tomato sauce
- chicken mince 350 gm
- tomato peeled 1 can or 400 gm
- simple tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
- red chili paste (optional) 3 tbsp (how to make red chili paste link here)
- salt 2 tsp
- red chili flakes 1/2 tbsp
- black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Italian seasoning 1-1/4 tbsp
- soy sauce 3 tbsp
- onion medium 2
- garlic cloves 4-5
- ginger minced 1 tsp
- white vinegar 1 tbsp
for cheese white sauce
- butter 100 gm
- plain flour 80 gm
- milk 1 liter
- onion 1/2
- cloves 5-6
- cheddar cheese 100 gm
- salt 1 tsp or as required
- black pepper 1 tsp
Directions,
throw the water and coat them with 3-4 tbsp oil so they will not stick.
2.now add chicken mince and ginger stir on high heat for 3-4 minutes ,until all juices evaporate.
3. add salt, Italian seasoning, black pepper, red chili flakes, soy sauce. mix well.
4. now add blended tomatoes, 1 cup water, 3 tbsp red chili paste, 5 tbsp plain tomato ketchup. let it boil. then with half lid on cook it on low heat for 1 hour, string in between.
5. after 1 hour add 1 tbsp white vinegar mix well and turn off the heat and set a side.
2.when butter melts add 80 gm plain flour, stir on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. do not burn it, if u feel its burning, turn the heat to low.
3. now add 1 liter milk and 4-5 cloves,and half peeled onion. cook it until a thick gravy forms.
4.now add cheddar cheese mix well until it melts. turn of the heat.
5. strain this cheese white sauce.throw all cloves and onion and set a side.
2. divide chicken mixture in three parts, and white sauce in 4 parts. take a spoon full of chicken mixture layer this in bottom of lasagne pan.
3. now layer lasagne sheets.
4. layer 1 part of chicken mixture on it, then 1 part of white sauce mixture.
5. do this 3 times that means, lasagne sheets+chicken mixture+white sauce ,and at last layer white sauce on lasagne sheets, and top with mozzarella cheese 100 gm.
