Basic Chicken Lasagne

Ingredients.

  • mozzarella cheese  100 gm

for boiling lasagna sheets

  • lasagna sheets   250 gm
  • salt  1 tbsp
  • oil 1 tbsp

for chicken tomato sauce

  • chicken mince    350 gm
  • tomato peeled   1 can or 400 gm
  • simple tomato ketchup   4 tbsp
  • red chili paste  (optional)  3 tbsp  (how to make red chili paste link here)
  • salt 2 tsp
  • red chili flakes  1/2 tbsp
  • black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Italian seasoning  1-1/4 tbsp
  • soy sauce  3 tbsp
  • onion medium  2
  • garlic cloves 4-5
  • ginger  minced  1 tsp
  • white vinegar  1 tbsp

for cheese white sauce

  • butter  100 gm
  • plain flour  80 gm
  • milk  1 liter
  • onion 1/2
  • cloves  5-6
  • cheddar cheese  100 gm
  • salt  1 tsp or as required
  • black pepper  1  tsp

Directions,

1. take 250 gm lasagne sheets. boil them in wide pan full of water with 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp oil. for 8-10 minutes. do not need to over boil these sheets because they will bake in the oven for 45 minutes. throw the water and coat them with 3-4 tbsp oil so they will not stick.

2. take the peeled tomato can, blend it with 2 cups of water until fine paste.

1. in a pan add 4-5 tbsp oil ,add chopped onion and garlic. stir for 1 minute. 2.now add chicken mince stir on high heat for 3-4 minutes ,until all juices evaporate. 3. add salt, Italian seasoning, black pepper, red chili flakes, soy sauce. mix well. 4. now add blended tomatoes, 3 tbsp red chili paste, 5 tbsp plain tomato ketchup. let it boil. then with half lid on cook it on low heat for 1 hour, string in between. 5. after 1 hour turn of the heat and set a side.

3. add salt, Italian seasoning, black pepper, red chili flakes, soy sauce. mix well.
4. now add blended tomatoes, 1 cup water, 3 tbsp red chili paste, 5 tbsp plain tomato ketchup. let it boil. then with half lid on cook it on low heat for 1 hour, string in between.
5. after 1 hour add 1 tbsp white vinegar mix well and turn off the heat and set a side.

2. preheat the oven on 180 C.take foil for covering the lasagne pan. double the foil so lasagne will not burn inside, brush oil on foil so this will not stick to cheese on lasagne,

cover the lasagne pan with this foil. bake it for 35 minutes with this foil. then remove the foil and bake this for more 15 minutes.

lasagne is ready , let it rest for 20-30 minutes before cutting this. because leaving this for 30 minutes you will get perfect layers while cutting.
