Brandy snap recipe

Ingredients

  • Butter 50 g
  • Glucose  50 g
  • Caster sugar  50 g
  • Plain soft flour  50 g

Directions

  1. In a heavy based saucepan melt sugar,butter and glucose together.
  2. Off the heat, stir in flour to make a paste,then allow it to cool.
  3. Place flattened pieces of dough onto a non stick baking mat.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 C until golden brown.
  5. Shape them when still cool.
