Brandy snap recipe
- Butter 50 g
- Glucose 50 g
- Caster sugar 50 g
- Plain soft flour 50 g
- In a heavy based saucepan melt sugar,butter and glucose together.
- Off the heat, stir in flour to make a paste,then allow it to cool.
- Place flattened pieces of dough onto a non stick baking mat.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 C until golden brown.
- Shape them when still cool.
