Ingredients

  • Puff pastry sheets  400 gm
  • Sugar  3-4 tbsp
  • Whipped cream as required
  • Flour for dusting
  • Oil for brushing

1.preheat the oven to 200 C.. wrap each cone in an aluminum foil covering it tightly . spray or brush the cones with oil.

4.start at the pointed end of the cone wrap the pastry strip around cone. spray it with oil sprinkle it with sugar. repeat with remaining pastry strips. bake for 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. let the cornucopias cool completely.

5.care fully remove the foil cones from baked pastry. fill the cornicopias  with whipped cream.
