Quick Bhigare dahi baray ,very easy and simple recipe also called hyderabadi dahi bary are made of gram flour fritters and yogurt sauce finish with chilies tarka.

Ingredients,

- Gram flour 250 g
- Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds (zeera) 1/2 tsp
- Caraway seeds (ajwain) 1/4 tsp
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
List 2
- Yogurt 500 g (1/2 kg)
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Chat masala powder 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Black salt (kala namak) 1 tsp
List 3
- whole dry red chili 5-6
- cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Black mustard seeds (rai) 1/2 tsp
- oil 5-6 tbsp
List 4
- onion chopped as required
- fresh coriander as required
- ready made tamarind sauce as required
Directions,
2. Add some water make a slightly thick batter. Beat it nicely for 2-3 minutes.
3. Drop spoon full of this batter in hot oil and fry until light golden. 4. Take out and put them direct in room temperature water…just for 10 seconds, take out 1 by 1 press a little between your hands and keep in a flat dish.
