- Butter 110 gm at room temperature
- Caster sugar 110 gm
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- vanilla extract 1 tsp
- self raising flour 110 gm
- milk 1-2 tbsp
List 2 for frosting
- butter 100 gm
- icing sugar 200 gm
- vanilla extract 1 tsp
- color of your choice

2. Sieve the flour.
3. Beat butter and sugar with a beater until creamy.
4. add eggs 1 by 1 and beat them until completely mix. Then add 1 tsp vanilla extract and beat until mix.
5. add self raising flour in 2-3 batches and fold with a rubber spatula or spoon until combine well.
8. tap it to release air bubbles.
9 bake them for 12-15 minutes. or until toothpick insert comes out clean.
spoon into piping bag and pipe on cupcakes.
