Chocolate Brownie

A dearest friend of mine taught  me how to make this yummiest brownie years ago…and its my first cake I ever made…..I made lot of cakes and brownies but this recipe is so easy  and delicious . And once u make it I am sure you will never go for other brownie recipes . Because its the best recipe of making brownie which will be so moist and yummy even if you keep it for 4-5 days.

INGREDIENTS,

  • plain flour   3/4 cup
  • coco powder   1/4 cup
  • baking powder   2-1/2  tsp
  • vegetable oil   1 cup
  • sugar 1 cup
  • eggs  4
  • vanilla essence   1 tsp

Directions,

1.sift plain flour,coco powder, baking powder, 2 times. set aside

2. in a jug blender beat sugar and vegetable oil until smooth. then add 4 eggs and vanilla essence beat well for 4-5 minutes.

3. now mix all dry ingredients in egg mixture. divide the dry ingredients in 3 portions ,then mix in slowly.

4. mix it with a rubber spatula or a spoon, but don’t over mix it because over mixing of dry ingredients in a cake will result a hard cake.
5. grease a round or square pan, place baking paper in bottom of the pan.

7. bake it on 180 C for 30 minutes, insert a toothpick if it come out completely clean its done. if not bake it for 5 more minutes or until toothpick comes out really clean.
