A very easy recipe, almost every one in Pakistan make it every day…the most common dish in Pakistani families, check it how I made it in simplest, and quick way with the help of pressure cooker. You can also make it without pressure cooker.

Ingredients,

  • Lamb/goat meat with bones   450 g
  • onion   1 medium
  • tomato  1-1/2  medium
  • garlic cloves  4-5
  • salt  1 tsp
  • red chili powder   1 tsp
  • coriander powder  1 tsp
  • turmeric powder  1/2 tsp
  • fresh green chili  1
  • fresh coriander for garnish
  • garam masala powder  1/2 tsp
  • black pepper crushed  1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • potatoes  3-4 medium

Directions,

1. In a pressure cooker add sliced onion,garlic cloves,tomatoes, meat, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and 1/4 cup oil.

5.now on high heat stir (bhonnao) it until you see oil with sides of the pan.

6. Add potatoes, stir for 1-2 minutes.
