How to plan your meals in budget and taste

Here I am showing you how I plan my meals….First I want to tell you all that my husband is completely non veg and also my kids don’t like vegetables,so my meals have more meat dishes than vege dishes ….

In beginning of month I go to grocery shop and buy meat for whole month and also vegetables for almost 10 to 14 days…. some times I buy more chicken, some times more lamb or beef…this month me and my husband decided to buy whole baby lamb with some chicken, and some vegetables.

My favorite grocery shop for halal meat and other things is World Wide in Manchester. I always go there for halal meat and vegetables.

So whole baby lamb costs me 42 pounds ,that is quite cheaper  than when we buy meat in kilos  and this lamb is of 14 kg weight….but after cutting and cleaning it is almost 10-11 kg in weight.

I also bought 3 baby chickens and boneless chicken….for different verities in my meals and also fresh vegetables.

So now I will show you how to arrange this whole baby lamb for different varieties in your dishes. I also make some frozen items ,recipes are below.

First you need a measuring scale for accurate measuring and some stickers and a pen. I am not baking something ..:) but this way your meals will perfectly plan for whole month
