Crunchy yummy, 2 flavors biscuit, chocolate and vanilla.
Serving= this recipe will make almost 1 dozen biscuits

Ingredients,

  • Unsalted butter  75 g   at room temperature
  • plain flour  150 g
  • baking powder  1 tsp
  • sugar  80 g
  • egg yolk  1  at room temperature
  • coco powder  1 tbsp
  • vanilla extract  1/2 tsp

5. gather with hands and make a ball....divide this ball into 2 parts...mix coco powder in 1 part with light hands. do not knead it in any case ...because we never knead a biscuit dough, if we knead it biscuits will be hard at end.

6. Cover both vanilla and chocolate dough in cling film...keep in fridge for 20 to 30 minutes.

10. Keep 1 sheet of dough above other.

13. Keep on a baking tray, bake in preheated oven on 175 C, for 15-20 minutes...I bake them for 15 minutes.
