3.in this style of chow mein we will flavor the egg noodles first.add 2 tbsp oil in a pan,add 1 tsp garlic paste, stir for 15 seconds,now add peel and grind 2 tomatoes. add in with 2 tbsp tomato ketchup,1/2 tsp salt,1/4 tsp red chili powder,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1-1/2 tbsp lemon juice,2 tbsp soy sauce,1 tbsp white vinegar.stir well on medium heat for 3-4 minutes..
6. now add mix vegetables stir well ,i am using frozen vegetables,you can use what ever you like.add hard vetables first and soft vegetables at the end,and if you are using peas boil them first then add in.add 1/4 tsp salt,2 tbsp soy sauce,1 tbsp white vinegar,1/4 tsp black pepper .stir well.
