Pasta Alfredo

Serving = 2-3 persons

Ingredients,

  • Pasta  2 cups
  • fresh cream  1-1/2 cup
  • cheddar cheese  1 cup
  • chicken boneless  1 cup
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • dried oregano  1 tsp
  • crushed black pepper  1 tsp
  • oil 2-3 tbsp
  • parsley for garnish

1. Boil pasta with 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp oil or as written on packet ….throw water wash it with cold water, set aside.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add chicken cook it until all juices evaporates and chicken is nicely tender.
