Aloo ki Bhajya /Potato Curry

Serving = 3-4 persons

Ingredients,

  • potatoes  3-4 medium
  • onion  1 small
  • tomato  1 small
  • green chili 1-2
  • fresh coriander for garnish
  • slat   3/4 tsp or as required
  • black seeds (kalonji)   1/2 tsp
  • red chili powder  3/4 tsp
  • coriander powder   1 tsp
  • turmeric powder   1/4 tsp
  • black pepper powder  1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice 1-2 tbsp

Directions,

1. Take a pan add 2-3 tbsp oil with sliced onion...stir for few seconds.
