Fresh buns at home 🙂 nothing is heavenly than these…yes you can buy them from market but the freshness and flavor you get from homemade baking no bakery can give you . I made these and my family loved them.
Serving= 8 buns
Ingredients,
Plain flour  450 g
fast action yeast  7 g
warm water  1 cup  (just like bath water)
sugar  3 tbsp
butter melted  3 tbsp
salt  1 tsp
egg  1
List 2
 egg beaten  1
milk  2 tbsp
sesame seeds  as required

1. Take 1/2 cup flour from total flour, add in a bowl with yeast.

2. Now add 1 cup water and with hand whisk mix it nicely. Keep it in warm place (like inside off oven) for 15 minutes. water should be light warm just like bath water….you can touch it with finger….

3. After 15 minutes you will see its frothy and now its ready.

4. Add salt,sugar,melted butter,egg in it.

5. Again mix it with whisk.

6. Add remaining flour. Mix it with hands, it will be sticky

8. Keep it on lightly dusted with flour surface. and knead it with palm of your hands for almost 10 minutes . It will stick to your hands but don’t worry just apply a little dry flour to your hands and keep kneading. Scrap it from surface and knead again…but be careful don’t add too much dry flour while kneading.

8. After 10 minutes you will see something like this…very soft dough.

9. Grease a bowl with 2 tbsp oil, put the dough in it and apply oil on it.

10. Cover it with kitchen cloth and keep in warn place (like inside off oven ) for almost 1 to 1-1/2 hours.

11. After 1 hour you will see its double in size.

12. Press it down and keep it on a flat surface..make it in rectangular shape with hands and cut it with knife in 8 equal parts.

13. Make 8 round balls.

14. Press it into disk shape and keep on a baking tray keeping 1-2 inch gap in between. Sprinkle with some dry flour but not too much and keep cling film on top. and let them rise for about 1-2 hours or until double in size.

15. Beat an egg with 2 tbsp milk.

16. Brush egg with light hands on them. Do not push too hard. sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Cook in a preheated oven on 375F/ 190C…for 15-16 minutes.

17. let them cool for almost half hour then cut them. homemade fresh buns are ready.
