Chicken Egg Noodles

Ingredients,

  • egg noodles  50 gm
  • garlic paste   1/4 tsp
  • chicken thin small slice  20 gm
  • mushroom cut in cubes 20 gm
  • salt  as required
  • black pepper   1/4 tsp
  • soy sauce  2 tsp
  • white vinegar  1-1/2 tsp
  • 3-4  tbsp oil

1.boil water add 1 tsp salt,add egg noodles in boiling water cook for 3-4 minutes or as packet instructions.
2. drain them and immediately  put cold water to stop them from cooking.now add  2-3 tbsp oil coat them well so they don not stick with each other.

1. now eat a wok add 1 tbsp oil add 1/4 tsp garlic paste and chicken stir and cook for 5 minutes

3. now heat a wok add 1 tbsp oil add 1/4 tsp garlic paste and chicken stir and cook for 5 minutes
4.now add mushroom,salt a pinch,soy sauce 1 tsp,white vinegar 1/2 tsp stir well for 2-3 minutes.

5. now add boiled egg noodles,1 tsp soy sauce,1 tsp white vinegar,pinch of salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper stir well for 1 minute on high heat,all the above process should be on high heat and continuously string is must.
