Mushroom Karhai

Ingredients,

  • mushroom   500 gm
  • onion  1
  • peeled tomato  2
  • ginger paste  1 tsp
  • garlic paste  1 tsp
  • salt   1 tsp
  • red chili powder    1/4 tsp
  • coriander powder  1 tbsp
  • turmeric powder  1 tsp
  • cumin powder   1 tsp
  • garam masala powder  1/2 tsp
  • black pepper powder   1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice  2 tsp
  • green chili  2-3
  • oil 1/4 cup

1.cut mushrooms in cubes.chop green chili,and onion

2.heat 1/4 cup oil in a pan add onion stir it for 1-2 minutes.

4.add 2 skinless tomatoes stir well and cut these tomatoes in the pan using spoon.

5.add salt,red chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder mix well and stir on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

6. now add mushrooms stir and leave them on medium heat for 10-15 minutes ,stir after every 1-2 minutes.

7.sprinkle garam masala powder and black pepper powder,and green chilies .
