Khchri

My favorite personal style of making khchri, nicely tender rice and splits with chicken…give you a flavor of daleem….its also very good for kids, just do not add spices….also good for dieting, just do not give tarka…. or if some one is sick give him, just do not add chicken if he has stomach problem….I always make it when some one is sick in my home….all my family like it, because this is not necessary to give sick people food with no taste in it, like some kind of punishment on them. But I like to eat it as it is…I add lots of red chili powder and lemon juice in it , wow my favorite easy meal…try it and tell me how you find it 🙂
