Meat tiny kebab’s are easy to prepare and delicious to eat. I always have them in my freezer from the unexpected guests and kids.
Serving = 4 persons
Ingredients,
- baby lamb meat mince 350 gm with fat
- onion 1-1/2 medium
- green chili 1
- parsley 1/2 cup chopped
- ginger chopped 1 tbsp
- garlic chopped 1/2 tbsp
- salt 1 tsp
- paprika powder 1 tsp
- roasted cumin powder 1-1/2 tsp
- cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg powder 1/8 tsp
- cornmeal fine 5 tbsp (you can add 3 tbsp bread crumbs if you don’t have cornmeal)
Directions,
2. Chop meat mince in chopper for 2 minutes ,because of this your kababs will not break in cooking.
3.very finely chop parsley,garlic, ginger and green chili with knife on chopping board, this will give very nice flavors to your kababs.
4. now add all above ingredients in it. mix well.

Wat is paprika powder and where can i get that
its a mild flavor chili powder …. you can get it from any grocery shop …. if you don’t have this you can also add chili powder.

yes meat kebab will be cook in 6-7 minutes because it’s minced and yes you can freeze them for almost 1 month.

cornmeal is makai ka ata and yes you can make it with beef and grind it.
