Meat tiny Kabab

Meat tiny kebab’s are easy to prepare and delicious to eat. I always have them in my freezer from the unexpected guests and kids. 

Serving = 4 persons

Ingredients,

  • baby lamb meat mince   350 gm with fat
  • onion  1-1/2 medium
  • green chili  1
  • parsley  1/2 cup chopped
  • ginger chopped  1 tbsp
  • garlic chopped 1/2 tbsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • paprika powder  1 tsp
  • roasted cumin powder  1-1/2 tsp
  • cinnamon powder  1/4 tsp
  • nutmeg powder  1/8 tsp
  • cornmeal fine  5 tbsp (you can add 3 tbsp bread crumbs if you don’t have cornmeal)

Directions,

1. Chop onion in a chopper add in a bowl. 2. Chop meat mince in chopper for 2 minutes ,because of this your kababs will not break in cooking. 3.very finely chop parsley,garlic, ginger and green chili with knife on chopping board, this will give very nice flavors to your kababs. 4. now add all above ingredients in it. mix well.

Add 2-3 tbsp oil in a flat pan, cook them for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.
